Cadet Elijah Paynter, Junior, ROTC cadet at East Carolina University is the recipient of the  AFCEA International, AFCEA ROTC Honors Award for 2019. This award is in recognition of his achievements in leadership and academics. Cadet Paynter was selected by individual Professors of Military Science. Each ROTC program is given the opportunity to nominate a deserving individual. We wish Cadet Paynter the best of luck in his college and military career.
