The North Carolina Chapter of AFCEA welcomes our Military and Government Civilians to our growing community of Information Technology Professionals. There are many benefits to being associated with AFCEA including the opportunity to network, learn, and contribute to the professional development and knowledge of the DoD IT community. Whether you are Active-duty, Reserve, National Guard, or work as a civilian in support of our military, we hope that you will take advantage of the enormous benefits that AFCEA can provide to help you in enhancing your capabilities as an IT professional.

There are several ways that you can become involved with AFCEA:

  • Annual TechNet show – attend and participate

  • Monthly Luncheons with guest speakers from Industry, Government, and Public/Private sector communities – get smarter and strengthen your professional network

  • Training events –provide CEUs for maintaining your certifications such as Network+ and Security+

  • Golf Tournaments and other events – good networking in casual environments.

  • Serve on an AFCEA committee or other role – help the chapter keep moving forward
