Diane C. Boettcher, Program Manager, TACLAN, iGov

Ms. Boettcher leads the Tactical Local Area Network (TACLAN) Program for iGov. She oversees the engineering design, software and hardware baseline maintenance, system configuration, procurement of hardware, production of systems, training for end-users, Tier 3 and Tier 4 support as well as other Lifecycle Sustainment activities. The TACLAN program is a Family of Systems that provides tactical networking to Special Operations Forces.

Ms. Boettcher has previously worked as the Program Manager for Joint Staff Information Network Support Services (JSIN-SS) and as the Deputy PM for Africa Command Information Technology Systems, in Stuttgart, Germany. She assisted in the development of the transitional plan for the Defense Information Systems Agency from current collaboration solutions to the single, department-wide solution. She has managed knowledge management and collaboration efforts for the Navy.

As a Navy Reservist, CAPT Boettcher is the Chief of Staff for the Information Dominance Corps Reserve Command, overseeing the Man, Train and Equip mission for over 6,500 Navy Reservists who engage in Information Dominance and Cyber. She has deployed to Afghanistan, giving her the operational level of war and warfighter perspective. She received her Bachelors' degree in Business Economics from Marquette University and her Masters' degree in Information Assurance from Norwich University. Ms. Boettcher is certified as a PMP, as GSLC and in ITIL v3 Foundations, as well as a qualified Naval Flight Officer and Information Dominance Warfare Officer.
