Mr. Jerry Stidham, Col. USA(R) and current Director of the US Army Signal Network Enterprise Center, Ft. Bragg, NC was elected as the President of the NC Chapter of AFCEA in July, 2009. A Board of Directors was also elected to support Mr. Stidham in his position as president.
This chapter is located in Fayetteville, NC. AFCEA is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to supporting and promoting technology in the military and the community of First Responders.
We focus on providing networking opportunities, professional development and service to the community.
Our Chapter does this through various means: Membership meetings, professional development, golf tournaments, College Scholarships, community schools Science Teaching Awards, community support to deployed C4 units, and the Annual Technical Conference and Symposium at Ft. Bragg.
